Jake Feigleson

I'm a senior product manager based in Lehi, Utah, currently at Tyler Technologies. Over the last five years I've shipped B2B SaaS in three regulated industries—healthtech during COVID, IoT for SMBs, and govtech for state DMVs.

The work I keep coming back to. I get pulled into projects that sit in the seams: the strategic account that's quietly looking at competitors, the 0→1 build that's stalled out four times before, the government contract that has to ship in two weeks on a constrained footprint. The pattern across my career is that the technical work usually isn't the hard part—the hard part is getting a skeptical engineering org, a frustrated customer, and a watching executive team aligned on the same plan, and then holding that plan together when the timeline gets cut in half.

How I work. I own product strategy from discovery through launch. I've led cross-functional teams of 10+ across engineering, design, QA, and GTM. I'm comfortable in Figma and SQL, fluent enough in the technical conversation to push back when it matters, and I've been building AI-assisted PM workflows long enough that I now teach them to my peers. On the side, I consult with SMB owners on AI-assisted lead generation, which keeps me close to the build.

A little context. I studied economics and Mandarin at Utah State. Before my career, I spent two years as a volunteer in Melbourne leading 30+ other volunteers—which is where I first learned that aligning people you don't manage is a different skill than managing people who report to you. I think the best PMs are equal parts strategist, operator, and translator.
